Lidia Tours is a leading destination and DMC /Destination Management Company/, operating in Bulgaria for over 22 years.
The company was founded in 1992 as a sole proprietor, and in 2012 was registered as a limited liability company. Today Lidia Tours ranks in the top 10 travel agencies in Bulgaria. Since the establishment until now, our main priority is to monitor trends in tourism in order to offer innovative practices and adequate travel solutions.

Acount Manager
Each of our corporate clients has a personal assistant at Lidia Tours, who is responsible for the quality and services, for reservations and accounting documents. Contact outside working hours is provided by mobile phone. You can contact your assistant any time.
Requests and Offers
We process our customers' requests as soon as possible, as we know the importance of receiving an offer timely. This enables our customers to plan on time. We respond to requests for booking air tickets up to 15 minutes; hotel bookings in Bulgaria - within the day for requests, received by 15:00h; hotel booking abroad - within 24 hours; for organizing a seminar or conference in Bulgaria - within 24 hours.
Travel Documents
We supply all documents required for travel by email, if possible, or by courier to the customer's office.
Contract
According to the customer requirements, we offer a contract for corporate service. We can offer also tripartite contracts with hotels, airlines and other suppliers in order to achieve financially more advantageous conditions. For such agreements a certain amount of accommodation and/or flights booking must be guaranteed.
